Meet the Remodel PRO Team
Austin Crystal
Owner & Founder
Austin is an innovative and detail‑driven leader with over 20 years of experience in custom home and commercial construction.
Originally a paramedic, he transitioned into building to pursue outcomes he could shape and master. Austin has a proven ability to translate customer vision into exceptional results, leading his team to deliver luxury homes and tailored solutions throughout Eastern Idaho. Since 2006, he has completed 250+ custom projects and earned Builder of the Year honors in the 2017 Parade of Homes.
He founded Remodel PRO, a high‑end home remodeling company, and Rainbow Restoration, a specialist in water, mold, smoke, and fire damage — both working together to serve clients comprehensively. Austin is committed to a positive work culture, empowering his team and fostering collaboration and excellence.
Originally from Rupert, Idaho, Austin is married to Cassie and they have seven children. He enjoys coaching his kids and is deeply involved in his faith and family.
Matt Fjelsted
Project Manager
Matt served 8 years in the Marines, where discipline and honor became the foundation of his strong work ethic.
He began his construction career over 40 years ago in Minnesota, learning welding and carpentry as a laborer. In Idaho Falls, Matt was among the first contractors in the Stonebrook subdivision, working with Bob Utterbeck, and later contributed to projects with Greg Armstrong, Copper Creek, Windriver, and Crystal Builders.
Today, Matt is Remodel PRO’s Project Manager, overseeing all building operations. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing and was an accomplished snowboarder before an injury sidelined him.
Victor Santo
Estimator
Victor began his construction career at 19, traveling the country building homes, schools, and commercial structures.
Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, he became one of East Idaho’s most respected finish carpenters. Over 10 years ago, Victor joined Crystal Builders and later brought his expertise to Remodel PRO, where he now serves as Estimator and Job Coordinator.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys fishing and the outdoors with his family. He’s been married 16 years, is a father of five, a proud grandfather, an avid cook, and a devoted 49ers fan.
Derrick Nelson

Derrick has been with Remodel PRO for 2 years. He is known for his patience and attention to detail, and is often called upon to refine

Dave has been with Remodel PRO for the past 7 years and is someone who prepares, manages, and finishes the project.

Jeff began his 42 year construction journey in Alaska and has touched every aspect of residential and commercial building.

His knowledge and attention to detail elevate our renovation projects from simply completing the job to adding the fine details that define Remodel PRO.

Lindee is our administrative specialist, responsible for managing all inbound and outbound communications
Lindee is our administrative specialist, responsible for managing all inbound and outbound communications, human resources, company compliance and policies, and customer service for Remodel PRO, Crystal Builders, and Rainbow Restoration. She has been with the team for the past four years and is the glue that holds our organization together.
Outside of work, Lindee enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, and she loves spending quality time with all of her grandkids.
Scott Setterlund
Marketing Manager
Scott has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, applying strategic approaches across print, television, social edia, radio, and
community events. He manages marketing for Remodel PRO, Crystal Builders, and Rainbow Restoration of Idaho Falls, helping build brand awareness and support business growth. Scott’s background includes personally designing and building his own home, working with heavy equipment, occupational health, and most recently in marble tile manufacturing.
In his free time, Scott enjoys working out and walking his three dogs: Ivy, Moss, and Roux.
